Q. I’d like to donate money and/or gift cards, what address can I mail them to?

Q. I don’t want to send money through the mail, can I still make cash donations?

Sure!  Use the Donation form for a quick paypal donation.

Q. How much of this auction money will actually go to this girl and her mother?

A. All of it! Well, paypal will take their cut, but no one associated with this auction will benefit from this auction. So feel good in bidding or donating! All your money will go where it should.

Q. Who is in charge of running this auction?

A. While author Gemma Halliday is the hostess of the auction, Romantic Inks is in charge of updating and keeping things in order.

Q. E-Books, I love them, but what formats are they in?

A. Due to the speediness in which this auction was put together, some things were forgotten. Such as what types of E-B00k formats are available. The cats in charge will contact the E-Book authors as soon as possible to get an update on this.

Q. What payment types are accepted?

A. We will accept the following:

• Credit Cards, via paypal, non-paypal members
• Paypal, Credit Card or E-Check
• Check or Money Order **Please note that you’re item will not ship until these have been received and cleared**

All Checks and Money Orders must be made out to Elizabeth Hughes. Also, include a note stating which item numbers you’re paying for.

Q. I bid on an item, but it hasn’t been updated showing, did I do something wrong?

A. NO! You didn’t do anything wrong. This auction does not work on an automated platform such as Ebay. Instead, it’s manually updated by Romantic Inks.
