I cannot believe it’s been 2 years since I’ve joined RI. Since that time I have completed one craptastic (as Lacey would say *G* )  novel and about 200 pages or so of a second one. I have joined the RWA, a local chapter, and the Beau Monde. Though as writer I’m not quite where I’d like to be in terms of craft (I’m always learning), I’m surprised and very happy to see how much I’ve grown as a writer. After reading some of my earlier stuff –compared to what I’m writing now— I can see how much the advice and help I’ve received from this blog: the authors, readers and the RI ladies have helped me tremendously. 
I have discovered new authors, fantastic books both in and outside of my favorite genre Historical Regency romance and made wonderful friends. 
Please accept my apologies for not being around these past months. I have been working extra at the daytime gig and thinking of what I want to do in my writing life. I have decided it’s best I leave RI at this time. I’m grateful for all of you. Thank you so much for having me and for helping me out. I hope you’ve learned a few things from me during my time here. May you all have a happy holiday season, Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year 2008!
