What Am I Thinking? Part 1 of Today’s Blog
It was so great to read all the replies. Kudos to all those who are still happily kissing their husbands! I’m supposed to be getting ready for work, I was hoping for a snow day today but no such luck. I will blogging again tonight, this is just a short snippet since I won’t have time to do this until this evening. In the meantime I agree, I think Haven will have to get the Hershey Kisses with the slobbering dog bit. (Either that or therapy– let’s go with the chocolate).
Tonight I am going to talk about the book/DVD “The Secret”, and psychic phenomena. And writing. Which is the perfect blog to give away a deck of tarot cards– so here is the challenge for today. I want to see if I’m psychic or just psychotic– I’m thinking of a particular type of flowers that I think is someone’s favorite here– so all day today I’ll be visualizing these flowers– feel the energy coming from me in New York– if you live in Japan you can not participate, I just read in the Sunday Times about your new spy satellite– everyone else– send in your guesses. Be specific too, if it’s a type of flower that comes in a variety of colors, tell me the color. Also let me know if they are your favorite flowers or if you are just picking up the vibe. If anyone guesses the flowers I’ll be visualizing all day today, they’ll win the tarot cards. If no one guesses it, I’ll think of something else tmr– like, I don’t know– fruit. Am I allowed to blog twice in one day or is that a sign of a burgeoning addict?
I’m visualizing purple roses…purple because it’s my favorite color…roses because they’re my birth flower…or maybe I’m visualizing them because my anniversary is coming very soon. LOL!
I’ll stop back later tonight for part 2, Mary…you have me intrigued.
February 26th, 2007 at 7:26 amlol. Mary you’re allowed to blog twice in one day, just go ahead. I’m intrigued also.
Three “images” popped in my head…one I’d say is my favorite flower, red, the other two - one is white and I have scented candles with that same scent and the other would be considered a tropical flower and it’s red.
February 26th, 2007 at 9:54 amI’m visualizing red tulips (or are they yellow?)
February 26th, 2007 at 10:26 amOf course you can post twice, Mary!
I was going to say purple roses because they are my most favorite of all, but umm Andrea bet me too it. So I’ll pick something else.
How about…
Purple Freesia or White Hydrangea, I’m getting a mixed vibe! Or maybe I’ve got them stuck in my head because that’s the scent of candles I’m making hehe.
February 26th, 2007 at 1:54 pmI am going to guess Gerbera daisies in an orange or hot pink color. I love these in my planters, they are so pretty.
February 26th, 2007 at 5:52 pmI have bright yellow dafodils blooming in my backyard…
February 26th, 2007 at 6:07 pmMary, hi! I cracked up reading your last post about kisses. I would socked Mr. Mushroom in the eye; you’re very dignified about it.
I’m oblivious to vibes. So, I’ll just go ahead and mention my favorite flower: plumeria. The petals are yellow from the inside to about a third of the way up. Then they can be either white or pink. At least those are the only colors I’ve seen. The fragance symbolizes the Hawaiian islands for me: sun, ocean, warmth, beach, freedom, happiness.
(Those of you who know me know what a sucker I’m for the sun and the ocean.)
